Course Description

This course is designed to help students develop the mental discipline, habits, and techniques necessary to improve their concentration and focus during study sessions. By understanding the science of attention, adopting proven strategies, and overcoming common distractions, learners will be able to extend their productive study hours while maintaining mental clarity and effectiveness. The course integrates practical exercises, mindfulness techniques, and time management skills to support sustained attention and academic performance.

Course Objectives

  1. To understand the psychological and neurological basis of concentration and attention.
  2. To identify and eliminate common internal and external distractions during study time.
  3. To implement techniques that enhance mental stamina and reduce cognitive fatigue.
  4. To introduce mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises to improve mental clarity.
