Course Description

This comprehensive course is designed to cultivate essential leadership skills in young individuals, providing them with the foundational tools needed to become effective leaders in their academic, personal, and future professional environments. The program focuses on developing self-awareness, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and decision-making abilities through interactive workshops, practical exercises, and real-world applications. Students will explore various leadership styles, learn to work effectively in teams, and understand the importance of ethical leadership and social responsibility. Course Objectives
