Course Description

This course is designed to introduce students to the foundational practices of mindfulness and meditation to support mental well-being, focus, and emotional balance. Through guided sessions, reflective exercises, and practical techniques, students will learn how to manage stress, enhance concentration, and cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience. The course blends theory with practice, enabling students to integrate mindfulness into daily academic and personal life for long-term benefits.
