Course Description:
This course offers a comprehensive exploration into the psychological and behavioural foundations of emotional triggers. Participants will examine how emotional responses are shaped by past experiences, internal beliefs, and interpersonal dynamics. Through evidence-based theories and practical applications, the course provides the tools required to identify, understand, and manage emotional triggers in personal and professional settings. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and adaptive coping strategies to foster resilience and effective emotional regulation.

Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify the psychological mechanisms underlying emotional triggers through analysis of emotional response patterns.
