This course describes the concepts of lean six sigma, analyse the scope of tools and techniques, six sigma methodologies, implementation and challenges involved in it. Further it focus on evaluation and improvement methodologies. Six Sigma focuses on effectiveness and removal of errors. When combined and implemented properly it can be a powerful management tool that can greatly improve an organisation’s performance, by providing a structured approach to resolving problems.
